Blossoming Souls Therapy, A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Inc.

Dr. Jasmine Smith, DSW, LCSW

I’m Dr. Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and organizational strategist. My work lives at the intersection of people, leadership, and systems. I create spaces for individuals and for institutions, where reflection, growth, and connection are not rushed or performative, but grounded and real.

Whether you’re navigating a personal transition, stepping into leadership, or shaping culture within an organization, you don’t have to do it alone!

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Life is a process of becoming” -Anais Nin

Get To Know Dr. Smith

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and organizational strategist. My work lives at the intersection of people, leadership, and systems, and I support individuals, professionals, and communities as they navigate growth, change, and connection.

I’ve spent years sitting with people in moments of transition, personal, professional, relational, and systemic. What I’ve learned is that growth rarely happens in a straight line. It happens in relationship. In reflection. In the quiet, complicated spaces where people are becoming something new.

This work is about staying human while growing.
It’s about becoming without losing yourself.
And it’s about building connection in a world that often asks us to harden.

You’re welcome here.

How I Work

My approach is:

  • relational, not rigid

  • reflective, not rushed

  • grounded, not performative

I’m less interested in quick answers and more interested in meaningful questions. The kind that leads to clarity, connection, and real change.

Growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the spaces we’re part of.

This work is about staying human while growing.
And you’re welcome here.

Individual Therapy

I work with individuals who are navigating growth, transition, identity, leadership, or change—personally, professionally, or both. Our work together is relational and grounded, focused on helping you understand patterns, clarify direction, and move forward with intention.

This is a space where you don’t have to perform, minimize, or explain yourself endlessly. We move at your pace, with curiosity and care.

Family/Couples Therapy

Relationships are shaped by history, roles, and the systems around us. I work with couples and families who want to understand how they relate, communicate, and hold responsibility with one another—especially during seasons of transition or stress.

Our work focuses on clarity, connection, and building patterns that support healthier ways of being together.

Consulting, Speaking & Training

I partner with organizations, institutions, and communities to navigate leadership, growth, and belonging at the intersection of people and systems. Through consulting, training, and facilitated conversations, I support teams in thinking clearly, engaging honestly, and building cultures that are grounded, connected, and sustainable.

This work is reflective, relational, and tailored to your context; never one-size-fits-all.

Consultation/Supervision

I offer clinical consultation and supervision to associates and clinicians seeking space to develop their professional identity, judgment, and confidence. Our work together centers on reflection, ethical decision-making, and thoughtful engagement with the realities of clinical practice.

This is supervision for individuals who want to grow intentionally, not just meet requirements.

Group Therapy

Creating community is important, and it offers a space to be witnessed, supported, and challenged alongside others. I facilitate groups for Black women that center shared experience, wisdom, and mutual support—without pressure to perform or explain.

These spaces are about connection, meaning-making, and collective growth.

If you’re curious, uncertain, or simply exploring, you’re in the right place.
Take your time. Look around. Reach out when you’re ready.
